RENTAL TERMS
No driving license is required for the 30hp boat rental.
The rental starts from 9:30 to 17:00.
The boat is checked by the client and staff and picked up if the condition of the boat is satisfactory to the client.
The boat is delivered with full fuel and upon delivery the consumption is borne by the client after on-site payment at the company's headquarters.
Our boats and engines are new and checked with full service.
The boats are insured for bodily injury and property damage resulting from collision at sea against third parties.
"Sharkboats" is not responsible for loss or damage to the client's property during the rental
The client agrees and accepts:
To deliver the boat to "Sharkboats" in the condition in which it was received. Any damage to the boat caused by mishandling or negligence is entirely at his own risk.
To deliver the boat before sunset, early return does not entitle the client to claim a refund.
Not to allow any of the persons on board during the rental period to operate the boat.
The maximum distance of the vessel from the shore must not exceed 2 nautical miles.
The driver must not be under the influence of alcohol.
